Our History
The idea for Doe Run Catering actually came from customers at Triple Fresh Market.
Starting in 1995, Jim and Donna would stand in front of Triple Fresh Market each weekend serving up chicken and ribs to the residents of the Doe Run area, as well as people passing through and taking in the bucolic scenery of South Western Chester County. As more and more folks fell in love with the food, Jim started to receive requests for our delicious creations to be served at parties.
Jim and Donna wanted their catering offering to be more than just barbecue, so they hired their first chef in 2003 and expanded the menu to include traditional and innovative dishes. And as the catering business grew, new chefs were brought on board, and each leaving a mark on the menu options, techniques and flavors. Today, Doe Run Catering is still running strong, and ready to show you what our long history of serving our friends and neighbors award winning catering services can mean for your special event.
