Cancellation policy:
Pick-ups and Deliveries: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will only be accepted if requested by speaking with a representative - no email, text or voicemail cancelations will be accepted within the 24 hour period prior to an event.
Staffed Events: Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days may incur a 15% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur up to a 100% fee and will only be accepted if requested by speaking with a representative - no email, text or voicemail cancelations will be accepted within the 24 hour period prior to an event.
